Shipping policy
Our team tries to ship out orders every weekday (M-F), excluding days the post office is closed on federal holidays. With that said, please allow up to 3-5 business days to ship your order.
In times where there is a high volume of orders, we ask customers to allow an extra few days for their orders to get out as we are a small team and doing our best.

***INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTICE
Your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) when it reaches the destination country. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for ANY charges brought upon at delivery. Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, these taxes are not included in the estimated shipping fee provided at checkout.

If an order is refused or undelivered due to an incorrect or an incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the original shipping expenses, reshipment expenses, and any additional fees incurred in shipping. Orders will NOT be refunded due to unwanted additional charges. Please be sure to check with your local postal carrier office for shipping information before placing an order.
In addition to this, we CANNOT and WILL NOT provide invoices that are not accurate to your order. It is illegal, and as a business, we cannot subject ourselves to the consequences that may arise from it.
